Founded and headquartered in Hong Kong since 1977, IDT is a well established publicly listed multinational corporation with an annual turnover HK$2.4 billions. The Group engages in full integration of design, engineering, manufacturing and distrbution of consumer electronic products, including LCD-based products, telecommunication products as well as personal information and learning products with 16 sales and marketing offices around the world.
To cope with our growth plan, we are seeking for energetic and experienced professional to fill the following senior positions:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification
- Minimum 8 years' solid experience in preparing full financial and management accounting information for manufacturing operations
- Responsible for entire finance function of the business, such as statutory account, financial and management reporting, costing, internal controls and taxation planning
- Ensure corporate compliance with both the Stock Exchange of Singapore and Hong Kong and report requirements to the shareholders and general public regarding the financial performance of the Company
- Prior experience with a listed company is a must
- Fluent in English and Chinese
