To cope with our business plan, we will recruit 5 quality managers from different industries to form our management base. Successful candidates will undergo a MLC Management Development Program and train up to be our Branch Managers. This program is unique in the market in view of its professionalism, comprehensiveness and its belief in developing people continuously.

Training:
A 6-month on-the-job management training will be provided to all successful candidates. It helps to equip them with knowledge in Financial Planning as well as sharpen their skills in Sales competency, Business Planning, Marketing, and Sales Management etc.

Business Planning:
To fast track the development of all successful candidates, we will assist them to develop their respective business plan and, put tremendous resources to facilitate them to achieve targets.

Personal Growth:
This new distribution channel is geared by several well-developed systems. Under this fair structure, we will provide all successful candidates with a prosperous & transparent career path.

Remuneration Package:
