We are a HK listed company, one of the major institutional catering management service provider in HK and PRC.
The job:
- Oversee a food production plant in PRC
- Formulate policies & measures on food hygiene & safety in order to achieve international standard
- Develop & review quality control guidelines & legislations on food control
- Conduct risk assessment in relation to food hazards
- Liaise with client's Q.C. committee, governemnt departments & other authorities on food production matters
- Station / Frequently travel to China is required
The Candidate:
- University graduate with degree in Food Science / PIE
- Experience in ISO 9000 Quality system and HACCP program
- 10 years working experience in running food production lines
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is mandatory
