A well established property developer with successful track record of developing and marketing PRC residential estates, hotel and service apartment is looking for qualified and experienced Candidates to fill the following position:
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in Building cosntruction, preferably related to PRC jobs
- Ability to handle projects independently froms ketch to final completion including project planning, negotiation with contractors, site co-ordination and administration
- Ability to interact with project management team and other Engineering Disciplines
- Responsible for meeting the cost, quality and schedule requirement
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skill
