- Provide legal advice on broad range of contracts relating to joint-venture, China trade matters, property investment and development, construction and engineering related projects
- Holder of Law Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in civil litigation/arbitration and China related projects
- In-depth exposure in negotiating and drafting various kind of commercial contracts and fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage
