Seasons Sports Club is a 30,000 sq. foot health and fitness club (state-of-the-art gym, aerobics, indoor swimming pool and our latest addition, C-Spa, a full service beauty and body treatment spa) located in Central's most exclusive office address, Citibank Plaza. We are looking for suitable, experienced and qualified candidates to be part of our expansion plans:
Job duties:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations and management of fitness department which includes:
- Managing and growing fitness and personal training function with revenue responsibilities
- Staff training
- Enforce member and employee policies, rules and regulations
- Assist in recruiting, training and development of new comers
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Applied Kinesiology or related field, plus holding of relevant certificates (ACE, NASM etc.)
- Keen knowledge of health and fitness industry
- 7-10 years' working experience with at least 5 years' experience in managerial position
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivated and build a team of Fitness Instructors
- Experience in large fitness clubs is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, energetic characters with ambition to be a leader in the field of health and fitness
- Must be customer-oriented
- Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent career opportunities within Company
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Fitness Manager post
