- University graduate
- Extensive experience in PRC property valuation and/or in portfolio valuation or REIT valuation preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese, and Putonghua a must
- Familiar with Excel, Words, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing etc. applications
- High self-motivation, good communication skills with strong organizaton and problem solving abilities
- Frequent travel to China required
