AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL UNDERWRITERS, LTD., a member company of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), has been providing general insurance for companies and households in Hong Kong and the Southeast Asian region for more than 80 years. AIU, through its various operations, provides quality commercial and consumer insurance services throughour Southeast Asia, including property, marine and casualty coverage for both large and small companies and households. We are one of the largest insurers in Hong Kong and have over 200 staff. Our regional head office is also located in Hong Kong.
To cater for the anticipated business expansion of AIU in Southeast Asia, we would like to build up a mobile regional talent pool by recruiting high calibre young executives to join our Management Associate Program, specializing in Marketing function.
The incumbents will receive a 2-year management training designed to develop talented individuals with the competence, professional know-how and hands-on experience. They will be involed in various aspects of the general insurance business and will have opportunities to develop their career in marketing area.
Upon completion of the training program, the successful Management Associates are on their way to career in management.
To qualify for the position, you must be a degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience in multinational corporations. Candidate with MBA qualification is preferable. Willingness to be relocated according to business needs of the Company is a pre-requisite, and you should be an effective communicator in both written and spoken English.
