Discovery Park is a regional retail shopping centre in Tsuen Wan. The management company of the shopping centre is now recruiting high calibre professional for the following position.
The incumbent will be responsible for daily management and maintenance of the shopping complex.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with relevant professional qualifications in MCIH or RICS preferred
- Min. 5 years related working experience in managing large and prestigious shopping arcade with at least 3 years at managerial level
- Good knowledge of budgeting, management account, service and maintenance tendering is required
- Mature, able to work independently, possess planning and leadership skills
