We are a leading hospitality executive search company in Asia Pacific and are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, a fast growing F&B company, a high caliber candidate to fill the position which will be based in Shanghai, PRC.
Job Resposnibilities
- In charge of all accounting operations, policies and procedures affecting all aspects of accounting, finance and tax in PRC
- Managing the performance of the finance and admin team in PRC and maintaining high standard level of services and integrity in financial management
- Improve and further develop efficient and effective system of financial controls
- Handle complex group structures, China statutory reporting and tax issues, ensuring strict compliance with statutory regulations
- Cash management monitoring and controlling
- Perform financial planning, business analysis and preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance reports
- Work closely with other managers in formulting/implementing company strategies
Key Attributes
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA/CPA) and degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
- Hands-on experience of PRC tax, accounting and reporting is highly desirable
- Strong F&B experience is an asset
- Excellent supervisory skills and spoken/written English & Mandarin
- Excellent prioitization, multi-tasking, communication and analytical skill
- Pro-active, result-oriented and problem solver kind mentality
