Client Services Executive Custody And Clearing

Custody and Clearing provides top quality, award-winning sub-custodian securities services on a regional basis in an increasingly competitive business environment. Our business has grown considerably and now covers 32 markets in Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Southern Europe and Latin America. In order to protect and enhance our market position, it is important that we proactively service current and potential relationships and produce high quality customer information explaining our services in response to customer requests. We are looking for a driven and motivated Client Services Executive to contribute to our business development and sales effort in our regional head office in Hong Kong by preparing customised RFPs (Requests for Proposals), SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and due diligence client questionnaires within agreed timeframes.

Reporting to the Manager Client Services Asia-Pacific, you will have considerable contact with operational centres around the region while working independently. Acting as a central focus for enquiries and support, you will keep abreast of market developments around the region and further improve the quality of the presentation of proposals, ensuring that information is clearly and positively presented.

A university graduate in business, finance or a related field, you must have a minimum of two years working experience in a custody related function in the secruities industry in Asia. Through your experience and qualifications, you should have gained a good understanding of the process of custodising secruities and settling securities transactions. Excellent written and oral English communication skills are a must for this position. A self motivated individual with a good eye for detail and the ability to perform under tight deadlines, your work should reflect high quality standards and results.
