Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaning consistent bank-wide human resources strategies, policies and procedures
- Undertake human resources projects, new initiatives and researches
- Prepare policy manual in respect of human resources management
- Liaise and co-ordinate with related parties to accomplish the human resources programs and plans
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 8 years or above banking experience out of which 5 years in human resources management
- Familiar with employment ordinance and other relvant laws and regulations for Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Chinese provinces
- Good organizing, interpersonal, presentation, written and communication skills
