Litigation Counsel

We are looking for an experienced litigation counsel, who has conducted complex commercial cases. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 8 years litigation experience, and should have worked for a major international law firm. This is a challenging and demanding position to guide the company to proactively defend and initiate claims. Skills required include negotiations, evidence gatering, research, drafting trial documents and trial preparation. The person should be resourceful to seek out solutions to contractual disputes and have the judgment to be able to recognize when to progress matters and when to settle. The litigation counsel reports directly to the general counsel and would have frequent interactions with members of the top management team.
