This exciting positionw ill oversee the group's entire financial operation and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will be a leader in providing strategic and technical support on all finance related matters, including the entire range of financial reporting (consolidation of global accounts), budgeting, internal control, financial analysis, forecasting and participation in financial due diligence in M&A activities. Thorough understanding of US GAAP, FASB and SEC accounting regulations are a must. The financial controllers of the group's subsidiaries will report into this position, with offices spanning 14 countries. In addition to the management of the finance function, the successful candidate will also attend the group's weekly executive management meeting, and be a partner in reviewing the weekly operations of the group as well as offering advice and providing strategic input on decisions regarding the group's future.

Requirements
The position will suit individuals who thrive in a multi-cultural environemtn with experience and ability in managing a financial operation with offices across the globe. The ideal candidate should be a mature and confident finance executive with excellent communication and leadership skills, and be a constructive team player. Ability to adapt to a fluid and changing environemnt is important. Substantial post qualification experience at regional director level and ability to work with managers from different countries to bring about positive change is essential. Complete fluency in English is required and ability to communicate in a second language would be a plus.
