Executive Vice President
chinadotcom corporation (NASDAQ: CHINA) is evolving from an Asian internet company to a Global 200 software and services company, one of the largest in Asia Pacific region. With 7 successive quarters of cashflow improvement, and 3 successive quarters of improving US CAAP net profit, we expect to achieve proforma annualized revenue of over US$200 million, with a strong net cash position of US$360 million. We are looking for senior executives to improve synergies amongst our businesses internationally and further improve our financial performance. This top executive position will be responsible for coordinating, leading and driving subsidiaries within the group to engage in synergistic activities including cross selling of each other's products and services, sharing and leveraging of sales network and pipelines, setting up of internal pricing and fee structure within the group,and faciliate product training and familiarization activities across the group. The successful candidate will report directly to the group CEO and will be empowered to act decisively to increase top line and improve efficiency and operating margins of the group as well as the subsidiaries. The EVP will have a free hand in working closely with the subsidiaries' chiefs and group human resources to create incentive structures and programs that incentivise and reward synergistic activities. The EVP shall be a member of the group's top management team and shall participate in top-level management activities including periodic reports to the chinadotcom board.

Requirements
The successful candidate shall be someone with excellent communication and executive skills, has been successful in managing a global sales program for a multi-product organization, and be familiar with Asia Pacific market practices and network. The ideal candidate should be a confident leader with the ability and passion to inspire, motivate and induce behaviorla change in managers as well as rank and file to further the growth and success of the group. Substantial experience in multi-cultural environment is a must. Complete fluency in English is required and a second and or third language capability is a big plus.
