The Human Capital consulting team focuses on providing solutions for all components of human resources, including total reward programs, performance management systems and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to achieve their business strategies by providing optimal human capital solutions. Utilising your excellent client servicing skills, you will manage a portfolio of clients in a designated industry by acting as an industry consultant to meet their needs or challenges on human capital issues. This will include analysing market trends, conducting client events and advising on the implications of industry changes on human capital practices. Applying your strong project management and leadership skills, you will lead a range of projects involving strategic reward, preformance management and cultural change.

Requirements:
A university graduate in Business or Human Resources Management with preferably an MBA, you must have 5-7 years' consulting or human resources experience in preferably the banking, finance or hi-tech sector involving compenstion and benefits. You should have a high degree of independence, personal initiative and drive as well as the ability to meet challenging deadlines. A team player, you must possess good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin. Equally important is computer proficiency in MS Office. Ref. HCC0903
