The Executive Compensation team helps our clients design executive reward plans in today's sophisticated executive labour market by linking executive compensation to company performance.
Responsibilities:
you will deliver top quality compensation advisory services to senior executives and Board members as well as contribute to the creation of new executive compensation and governance structures in the Greater China region. This will involve developing and managing compensation advisory projects including executive compensation strategy, pay competitiveness assessments, annual incentive plan design, stock option and other long-term incentive plan design. Playing an active role in growing our Executive Compensation business in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, you will contribute to our comprehensive marketing and business development activities. Acting as a role model of Watson Wyatt's goals and values, you will lead and mentor junior associates within our Human Capital practice in Greater China through excellent coaching.
Requirements:
With excellent academic credentials such as an MBA or CPA and a proven track record of professional achievement, you must have 7-10 years' experience in a management consulting, audit, financial advisory firm or compensation consulting covering incentive and stock-based compensation, annual incentives, base salary structures and performance management systems, you will be abreast of regulatory changes with respect to stock plans and corporate governance issues in Hong Kong and China. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills as wella s the ability to consult effectively at executive and Board level. Both a strong leader and team player, good analytical and reasoning skills are a must. Equally important is fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin. Ref. SCEC0903
