MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
LEI SHING HONG LIMITED is a public-listed company with growing Asian presence, headquartered in Hong Kong. The Management Trainee Program is one of our long-term strategic human resources plans and is the breeding ground of our future leaders. Successful candidates will undergo an induction program in order to gain hand-on operational experience, together with key functional exposure within our Group.

The key responsibilities of the incumbents are to produce quality management information to the Management by data analysis and compiling reports; to plan, execute and monitor specifically assigned projects; and to provide administrative supports to the Management in daily operations.

Requirements:
- Graduate in engineering, accounting or finance
- Minimum 2 years of commercial working experience
- Resulted-oriented team player, sound business acumen and strong analytical mind
- Self confidence, initiative and creative thinking
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Proficient in common PC software
- Occasional travel to PRC and overseas are required
