Asia Pacific Coverage
Our client is the financial services arm of a major international corporation. They have an excellent track record and brand recognition elsewhere in the world and are seeking to replicate this in Asia Pacific.
The primary task will be to build up the risk management function and hire a team across the region. You will have responsibility for the credit risk assessment and equipment evaluation. You will also be tasked with adapting global policy to regional requirements for risk management methods, tolls and processes.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years of credit risk management experience within the leasing industry. Regional experience is essential and track record of doing business in China is of particular interest. You must be able to build, manage and motivate a remotely located team. The company is in a growth stage and needs to hire strong leaders to facilitate and drive this process. Fluency in written English is essential and fluency in Mandarin would be a distinct advantage.
