Training And Development Manager
Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM) was established in 1863 and has offices in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Thailand and Vietnam. With a multinational team consisting of 800 staff of which 200 are lawyers qualified in local and international jurisdictions, JSM provides an extensive range of legal services to prestigious, blue chip clients in Hong Kong, Mainland 2000, 2001 and 2002 which is a reflection of its leading position.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Training, the job incumbent will be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Firm's training and development programmes, as well as the management of accredited Continuting Professional Development (CPD) courses.

Requirements
- University degree in a business related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of training and development experience in sizeable multinational companies; exposure to legal firms a definite advantage
- Hands on experience in the design and delivery of courses related to soft skills
- Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin an asset
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Business acumen and ability to manage pressure
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Proficient in PC operation
