Assistant Manager - Staff Development & Relations
The Prudential Assurance Co. Ltd., one of the leading insurance companies in Hong Kong, is looking for high calibre candidate(s) to fill the following position(s) in order to cope with the business growth. With over 500 staff, Prudential has been serving the Hong Kong people by providing individual life, medical and general insurance, employee benefits and investment plans. Our Hong Kong main office is located at Taikooshing.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering the Management Development and Customer Service programs for internal staff including sales staff
- Support in designing and organizing the Company's activities

Requirements
- University graduate in business related discipline
- A training professional with a minimum of 6 years training & development experience, preferably in sales management training in financial services industry
- A mature individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to deal with all levels of staff
- A self-starter capable of developing and implementing effective programme in a growing, business-driven environment
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
