The successful candidate will be assigned a number of agency branches for him/her to support. The candidate will be working with the SFC licensed agents to grow the company's wealth management business (such as mutual fund, unit trust, single premium unit linked products, etc.) and ensure that the aggressive sales targets for the assigned agent branches are achieved. The suitable candidate should be of high calibre, with strong sales background, and is prepared to take on the role of sales management and co-ordination. He/she will also provide frequent in-branch training, off-site sales support, and cooperate with the designated agent coordinator on all marketing and sales issues including daily communication on product and market update. This is a salary-based position with attractive performance-linked bonus.
The Requirements:
- Excellent people leadership, outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Degree holder with major in Finance / Economics / Business Administration
- Currently SFC registered / qualified for SFC registration (passed all relevant papers)
- 7-10 years related experience in Financial Industry, preferably in mutual funds sales
- Self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- Independent with high flexibility and able to work under pressure
- Excellent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Strong in computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
