Customer Service Officer (Ref: CSO)

The incumbent has to understand the market and customer demands; identify the training needs of staff; manage a training team to design & implement training programmes and finally evaluate training effectiveness.

- Bachelor degree in Food & Nutritional Science or Food Science
- 2-3 years work experience, exposure in food or retail industry is an asset
- Good tone and manner in handling telephone calls
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts to the general public
- Knowledge in Chinese & English word processing is a must
- Fluent in oral English and Putonghua is an advantage
