The incumbent has to understand the market and customer demands; identify the training needs of staff; manage a training team to design & implement training programmes and finally evaluate training effectiveness.
- University graduate, preferably major in science subjects or business studies
- Over 8 years commercial training experience with at least 3-4 years in managerial position in sizable business corporations in retail or service industry in Hong Kong and China
- Expertise in selling skills and customer service training
- Excellent organization skills and result oriented
- Creative mindset and excellent presentation skills
- Good proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, flunet Putonghua is a must
