NWCLL, a public listed company in Hong Kong, is engaged in the investment and development of large-scale property projects in major centres of PRC. We are seeking for a suitably qualified executive to join us:
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with membership of a professional accounting association with Minimum 7 years' finance experience in which at least 5 years in managerial capacity in large scale organization
- PRC experience and station in Guangzhou, PRC are required
- Proficiency communication, analytical and management skills
- Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and taxation
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Job Duties:
- Provide advice, guidance and supervision on daily activities to regional management and finance department
- Responsible for regional finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, taxation and financial reporting
- Ensure legal compliance with PRC and international standards
- Develop and maintain relationship with PRC government and financial institutions
