Human Resources Officer - Learning & Development Focus Ref: HRO-T

The Human Resources Department comprises a corporate policy unit on Clubwide HR issues and client-based service teams, each of which provides value-added services to designated business units within the Club. Our focus is on a customer service, business-driven and cost-effective orientation to human resources management.

We are seeking a committed individual to assist in the benchmarketing of good training practices, design and deliver supervisory/customer service training programmes. You will plan and co-ordinate Clubwide learning and development programmes. You will also assist in the implementation of the Club's E-Learning initiatives and conduct training needs analysis as and when required.

You should have:
- a degree with at least 5 years of solid experience in learning and development with a full understanding of the training cycle
- exceptional interpersonal and communications skills and must speak fluent English and Cantonese. The abilit to speak Putonghua will be a distinct advantage
- a sound track record in using multi-media applications in the development of learning programmes, which will be an added value


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement betwee the Club and the individual.
