Head Of Wealth Management Section-Call Centre (Ref: RT-HWM-2003059-SCMP-RB)

You will be responsible for all aspects of planning, development, management and operation of the Bank. Reporting to the Head of Call Centre, you will provide strategic direction, implement the strategy and monitor the progress of Wealth Management Business including (1) overall channel strategy (II) capaign management (III) investment product development (IV) brand development (V) business platform development. Keeping abreast of market situation, you will identify competitive threats and isues relative to sales, service, operation efficiency, channel investment and customer satisfaction. You will also ensure achievement of optimal revenue and profitability growth with adeqate budgeting and performance target. To monitor sales performance of the front-line staffs and ensure quality of Wealth Management services, you will liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties as well as renew and enhance compensation scheme.

Requirements:
- University Graduate or above with major in Business, Marketing or Economics, preferably with professional qualification in financial management or banking related disciplines
- CFP or CFA qualified
- Minimum 10 years experience in banking indusry and at least 7 years in managerial level
- Knowledge and experience in Change Management, Project Management Performance Management and Quality Assurance are must, with exposure in sales and promotions experience being a plus
- Knowledge in legal compliance, regulations and policies with in-depth understanding of banking operation procedures and policies is essential
- Demonstrated management capabilities with in-depth insight in financial and risk management
- Ambitious and target-oriented, creative and critical thinker as well as influencing and effective communicator
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
