Hong Kong Disneyland is a joint development by the Hong Kong SAR Government and The Walt Disney Company.
Hong Kong Disneyland will be designed to transport guests into a world of imagination, fantasy and adventure. It will bring together the best of the rides, show and attractions from Disney Parks around the world to create a mix of new and traditional Disney entertainment experiences.
We are now seeking high caliber individuals to fill the following positions:
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements in Food & Beverage operations
- Participate in the implementation of F&B systems which include Point-of-Sales, Inventory Management system. Actively involed in the setup and installation of the food systems and test labs
- Establish and carry out support and maintenance for the food systems in production
- Develop and document business use cases and assist in preparing system documentation, operation guide, training materials, etc.
- Perform testing and acceptance of the Food & Beverage systems
- Provide training in the use of the Food & Beverage systems
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years' practical experience in implementation and support of Food & Beverage business
- Knowledge of UML design/development - case modeling
- Knowledge of reporting tools, e.g. Crystal report, Business Objects, Brio Query etc
- Exposure to SQL server, Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux and Unix scripting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
