Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for managing the full range of operaions activities including customs clearance, warehouse operations and resources deployment to ensure that all shipments ener and exit the country in the most efficient and cost effective manner. You will also be responsible for people development, on-the-spot problem solving and coaching. You will work closely with government authorities, airport personnel, other departments and stations in DHL Network to ensure highest service standards are achieved and in compliance with ISO9000:2000.
Requirement
- University graduate
- 5 years operations or manufacturing experience in a leadership role
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Well devleoped leadership and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- High level of energy, motivation and drive
- Able to work independently, under pressure and shifts
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge in quality management system is an advantage
