US Multinational - Shenzhen Based
Headquartered and listed in the US, our client is a global leader in the electronic manufacturing services industry. To further enhance its growth in the PRC, they are now seeking a Financial Controller to manage a manufacturing plant in Shenzhen.
Reporting to the Group Controller and leading a team of 10 finance staff, your key responsibilities are to handle all financial and management accounting functions, inventory valuation, product costing and cash flow management. You will also need to liaise closely with external parties such as auditors, bankers and local tax and governemtn bodies.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 6 to 8 years post-qualified experience gained from high volume electronics manufacturing industry within a multinational environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative with strong business acumen and a hands-on working apporach will be fundamental to the success of this position. Complete fluency in English and Mandarin plus exposure to SAP ERP system are pre-requisites. An attractive remuneration package with tax equalisation will be offered to the successful candidate.
