The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company and its subsidiaries) - is a leading provider of financial protection products and investment management services to individuals, families, business and groups in selected international markets.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the implementation of various projects for the individual Life and the Asset Management Businesses across Asia. Using methodologies in translating business requirements into detailed systems specifications and in ensuring that the user requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and implemented. The key accountabilities consist of analysis including gathering requirements and specification creation, testing including creating test plans, test criteria and test execution.
The Requirements:
- University graduates in any computer related discipline
- At least 4 years' relevant working experience for Systems Analyst, 7 years' for System Consultant, and 10 years' for Senior Systems Consultant
- Piror working experience in life insurance industry is a must
- Well versed in MS Office tools and relational database concept
- Knowledge in data modeling technique or tools, PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and knowledgeable in using system development methodology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Result oriented with strong customer service focus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Travel within the region will be required
