Hong Kong Dance Company
Established by the former Urban Council in 1981 with the aim of promoting Chinese dance, the Hong Kong Dance Company (HKDC) was formally incorporated in April 2001 as a charitable and non-profit-making institution. HKDC is subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The Hong Kong Dance Company invites applicants for the following position:
Preferred Profile
- Degree holder or equivalent (Applicants bear the experience below without a degree will also be considered.)
- 10 years' experience in key management position
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Sound local and international performing arts connections
Key Job Objectives
- To be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company
- To work closely with the Artistic Director to ensure that the productions of the Company are of a superior artistic standard
- To develop mid and long-term strategies of the Company in conjunction with the Artistic Director
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include annual leave, medical benefits, etc.
