We are a listed blue chip company with interests in property development and investment. We are seeking high calibre personnel to join our property management team.
- Responsible for leasing and marketing of office and retail properties, conducting market research and analysis
- At least 3 years' experience in leasing of office and retail properties
- Holder of Bachelor Degree' in related disciplines
- Familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance
- Hands-on PC skill, including Chinese Word processing
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Matured, self-motivated with good initiatives, independent and must be a team player
- Practitioner of good customer services with outgoing personality
