HANG LUNG PROPERTIES
We are a listed blue chip company wiht interests in property development and investment. We are seeking high calibre personnel to join our property management team.
- Responsible for leasing and management of a mixed property portfolio
- At least 5 years' experience in property field, of which 3 years at managerial level
- Holder of Bachelor Degree' in related disciplines
- Applicants with solid management experience in service-related fields will also be considered
- Conversant with Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and Building Management (Multi-storey) Ordinance preferred
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Matured, self-motivated with good initiatives, able to work independently and under pressure and must be a team player
