OPERATION MANAGER (REF: OM)
Capital Artists Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SCMP Group, is a local independent Cantonese music publishing company in Hong Kong. It has an extensive library of songs copyrights and recording masters of Chinese songs. Some of these recordings are by leading Cantonese pop singers, such as Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung, Andy Lau, Liza Wang, Roman Tam and Jackie Chan.

We now invite applications for the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage the overall operations of music record publishing and copyright/license administration including clearance of copyright for album release, registration of publishing rights, and other intellectual property rights
- He or she will be required to manage the Company's extensive record library and relationship with distributors, music societies and other third parties

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in music record publishing knowledge or similar experience in other industry
- Familiar with regulations and procedures of copyright/license in music record publishing
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
