Responsibility:
1. Direct report to the senior management on providing strategic direction and valued added advice on Human Resources activities for mainly Hong Kong, Japan and mainland China regions
2. Strong leadership qualities and able to implement organizational change
3. Responsible for development, management and evaluation of strategic people development plans for the Group to meet the professional and institutional needs of our companies
4. Proficiency in overall department process of Human Resources practices
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in human resources or related disciplines
2. At least 10 years of solid experience in Human Resources, 5 years in which stationed in PRC with international company exposure
3. Must be highly self-motivated, positive and possess good interpersonal skills
4. Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Mandarin
5. Mature and independent
6. Computer literate
7. Ready to travel
