The Senior Consultants focus on working with our sales team to interact with senior executives (CXO, SVP/VP, GM) at the leading service providers and large enterprises to help them better understand, select, and implement new technical/business solutions that create new profitable, sustainable revenue streams and effective operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Artciulate the advantages of the company's technologies/offers to Chief Technical Officers, Senior Management, and technical architects
- Participates in the definition of sales strategy and tactics and takes ownership of technical account management as part of the sales process
- Interface with local and oversea partners/suppliers to develop innovative / customized solutions
- Lead the development of proposals, and the response to request for proposals, information and questions
- Present our soltuions in support of trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as required
- Work with lcoal and oversea LWS teams and business partners to facilitate solutions/networks deployment
- Response to complex requirement on a timely basis and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with solid services experience in different sectors and industris - Telecom, IT, Service Providers, Enterprises, etc. The right candidaate should be results-oriented, hands-on individual who can excel in a fast paced organization in a dynamic industry.
- University graduates with Master or Bachelor degree in information technologies, electronics engineering or computer science
- 8 years+ IT/Telecom experience with 2 years+ in deployment or providing consultation on IT/Telecom soultions. PMI or PMP qualified is a plus
- Proficient in data networking, storage solutions, secruity, element management and network management systems. Certification from a recognized institution a bonus
- Hands-on experience in various kinds of IT/Telecom equipment e.g. Unix/NT, Routers, IPSS, Firewalls, Fibre Channel Switches, EMS/NMS, etc.
- Highly effective spoken and written communication skills including English and Mandarin language proficiency
- A good team player with good presentation and interpersoanl skills
- Positive attitude, proactive behavior, and a high desire for achievement
- Hard working with a "can do" attitude
