A fast-expanding electronics and logistics company, which is part of a listed Group, is looking for a Finance Manager with proven regional managerial experience to facilitate business growth in Greater China.
Reporting to the business operation head for Greater China and Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate is expected to, amongst others:
- proactively advise and report on financial, statutory, custom, taxation, regulatory and corporate compliance matters with regards to operating in the region
- assist in strategic planning, business performance reviews, and in-depth analysis of results of operating units
- ensure timely production of accounting reports, monthly forecast, and annual budgets
Candidates must have hands-on work experience in China and in-depth knowledge of China's regulatory, custom, tax, and legal matters. He/She should have good communication skills and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. In view of the nature of the business. only candidates with an eye for details and the ability to understand complex business models need apply.
