We are now seeking the right sales professional to fill the regional role of Assistant Manager, Outreach Sales. This opportunity offers a bright future to work in the front line business of the Bank.
Working alongside a team of trainers, you will develop and implement financial planning and life insurance related learning solutions for Personal Financial Services (PFS). This will involve delivering a combination of classroom and web-based training to our PFS employees. In addition to training the PFS team, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach members within the training team. As this is a regional role, you will be exposed to various training areas and travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
Ideally educated to degree level or with professional qualifications in life insurance, you should have a minimum of six years' sales experience in personal financial services, including four years in the capacity of a sales manager role. As training experience is preferred but not a must, a strong life insurance sales background would definitely help you succeed in this role. A mature, self-motivated and independent worker, you must have good interpersonal and presentation skills as well as fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Putonghua skills would be a definite advantage.
