Customer Care Manager Ref: CCM

Our Customer Management Department is to collaborate with various departments of the Club in achieving the Club's objective of Total Customer Satisfaction. We are looking for high calibre professional to join our team.

You will
- manage and lead a team of Account Services staff to provide high quality service to over 900,000 account holders
- plan and implement strategies to achieve customer relationship management objective
- formulate and revise operation procedures from time to time to ensure total customer satisfaction
- identify customer needs through statistical data analysis and provide solutions strategically

You should
- be a degree holder with extensive experience in sizable retail call center environment, with at least 3 years in managerial level
- have call centre experience in financial, banking or telecommunication industry
- be a self starter with excellent leading ability
- have track record in managing staff to provide inbound and outbound calls
- have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
- be pro-active, energetic and is a good team leader as well as team player
- have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

To meet the challenges of this job, you must be prepared ot work on shift beyond mid-nigh including weekends and public holidays.


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual aggreement between the Club and the individual.
