Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day work of IT professionals
- Manage multiple and complex systems development projects
- Review and approve systems solutions proposed by subordinates
- Define and ensure project development and management standards are followed
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science with background in systems development and project management
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as Project Leader with demonstrated leadership performance
- SAP experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and must be capable to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
- Good negotiation and confilct resolution skills and must work well as a member of a cohesive team
