NWS Holdings Limited, the flagship servicing company of New World Development Company Limited, embraces a diversified range of businesses in Hong Kong, Macau and in the mainland. These businesses can be broadly grouped under three main divisions: service, traditional infrastructure and ports.
We are looking for the following position to join our Corporate Office:
The candidate is responsible for accounting and budgetary reporting and control through effective management. The candidate may also be appointed as the Financial Controller of our subsidiaries under the contracting division. In this regard, the incumbent is required to:
- Proven professional and accurate accounting and financial information for the Management
- Provide budgetary reporting, forecast, business plan and related analysis
- Provide financial, cost, assets and internal control and procedures of the Company
- Ensure the financial and operation systems are in compliance with the Group's policies and procedures and perform other ad hoc projects, etc.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years relevant experience in Construction, Engineering, Contracting or related fields
- Independent, detail-oriented with good analytical skills and strong business acumen
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent PC skills
