Towngas International Company Limited
To cope with our expansion in city gas business in the mainland, we are looking for a high calibre Internal Audit Manager to join the management team for supporting our joint ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and set up audit assignments
- Conduct audits with recommendations for efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Co-ordinate with internal clients (e.g. joint venture managers) and external clients (e.g. regulators, external auditors) and Hong Kong Head Office
- Assess the critical risks and implement key controls in mitigating the risks
- Provide timely and clear reports to the senior management
Requirements:
- A degree qualified accountant or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years' senior management and audit experience and 5 years' public accounting experience gained within a big five audit firm
- Experience in PRC accounting and auditing functions is a must, preferably in the gas related business environment
- Willing to travel frequently within PRC
- Strong communication and presentation skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mature, independent and with a sound analytical mind
