We are a public listed company engaged in property development, investment and management in the PRC. We are also pursuing IT investment opportunities targeted for Greater China. To cope with our rapid business deveopment, we are now looking for high caliber professionals seeking a long term career path to join us as:
Respsonsibilities:
1. Responsible for delivering marketing plan and directing promotional projects.
2. Lead and motivate local sales team in PRC to achieve sales target.
Requirements:
1. Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
2. Minimum 10 year's managerial experience with proven track record on leasing retail shops in PRC market
3. Must have good connections with reputable chain stores and brand shops
4. Based in Hong Kong with frequent traveling to PRC
The position require good command in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
