We are a public listed company engaged in property development, investment and management in the PRC. We are also pursuing IT investment opportunities targeted for Greater China. To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber professionals seeking a long term path to join us as:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the group's quality residential building and/or commercial complex in major cities in PRC.
2. Set company policy and standard for property management company base on the unique situation at each location.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in housing management or equivalent qualifications;
2. At least 10 years solid working experience in property management field in PRC;
3. Excellent management capabilities, effective communications and interpersonal skills;
4. Frequent travel within China / station in PRC is required.
The position require good command in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
