Job Duties
- Responsible for set up and implementation of compliance functions to local banking and relevant laws (e.g. anti-money laundering, HKMA requirements)
- Review compliance policies, manual and procedures against regulatory requirements
- Advise management in the interpertation and implementing relevant laws, rules and regulations
- Also perform some internal control duties
Requirements
- Over 5 years working experience in banking sector
- UNIVERSITY GRADUATE in business, financial discipline or accounting qualification, legal knowledge a definite advantage
- Compliance experience in banking and/or secruities field a big plus
- Well-organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in using Chinese Windows
- Fluent in spoken English and Putonghua, strong in written English and Chinese
