The incumbent is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining qualified life brokers, financial planning companies and RIA's for marketing our insurance products. Design and work closely with sales supporting functions in providing quality training, and account servicing to surpass key clients' expectations. The position will be measured on achievement of sales and profit targets in the course of the sales and promotional compaigns and execution of strategic action plans.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- University graduate with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, training and account management
- All-rounded knowledge and experience in Life Insurance and Wealth Management
- Results driven with strong business mindset
- Fluency in Putonghua speaking is a plus
Candidate with lesser experience and qualification may be considered for the position of Account Manager.
- An organized team-player with excellent sense of responsibility/ownership and follow-up skills
- Thorough knowledge in life insurance operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be able to work independently
- Hands on PC skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
