With two Racecourses and 116 off-course betting branches, Cashbet Department is able to provide quality and efficient service to thousands of people throughout Hong Kong. Our serivce lounge at Happy Valley Racecourse provides good quality of catering service and betting service to our customers. We are currently seeking an enterprising, customer-focused individual to join our team.
You will
- overall manage the operation of the service lounge to ensure high standard of service
- supervise a team of full-time and part-time staff
- coordinate with catering provider to ensure high quality of food and service
- plan, develop and implement marketing and customer service initiatives
- participate in customer services projects
You should
- have tertiary qualification with at least 3 years' supervisory experience in managing food establishment
- have excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
To meet the challenges of this job, you must be prepared to work on shift including weekends and public holidays.
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
