| SERIOR CREDIT ANALYST / CREDIT ANALYST - Consumer Finance Risk Management (Ref: S/CFRM/SCA/CA) |

Responsibilities:
- Perform credit assessment on credit card and personal loan applications in accordance with all policy, legal and regulatory requirements
- Effectively process applications within target turnaround and quality standards
- Recommend credit exceptions based on well-grounded assessments for management approval
- Devise and implement control procedures where appropriate to mitigate credit, fraud and operaional risks
- Participate in testing and planning of underwriting systems in order to put in required controls and to streamline the underwriting operation
Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate or above, university graduates preferred
- 3 years experience in banking sector, with at least 2 years hands-on exposure in credit card/personal loan underwriting or risk management is required. (Candidates with less experience may be considered as trainee credit analyst)
- Knowledge of cash-flow lending principles adn quantitiative risk assessment preferred
- Analytical, able to assess critically and independently the overall risks and mitigating measures for individual applications
- Good interpersonal, communication and motivating skills
