The jobholder will be responsible for providing secretarial support to Regional Director, Asia Pacific and performing office administration duties
- F.7 or above with formal secretarial training preferable
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in the position of Personal Assistant/Secretary/Administration
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English / Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must. Knowledge in other Chinese dialects or any other Asian languages is a plus
- Proficiencyin PC software application e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Good telephone manner with excellent secretarial skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people of different nationalities
- Must be pleasant, well organized and self-motivated
